a visit to Boulder

What a great smile this women has.

Reminiscing from retreat, Jenna and I got to workout together again. Her pick - a mindful class through closed chain movement in a slow, methodical progression. The instructor, a series athlete, named Vicki. My favorite exercise: -the woodpecker! Vicki helped me engage my gluts. So simple, So overlooked. So effective. So mindful. It was hard, because I had to use my brain to execute. Thank you for the class, Jenna. I thoroughly enjoyed hanging out with you that Friday morning in Boulder.
